Monitor financial performance of multi-residential assets

Support investment committee materials and ad hoc analysis Requirements:
5+ years of financial experience, not necessarily in asset management
University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Multi-residential real estate experience preferred
Robust financial modelling and Excel skills
