In this crucial role at Manitoulin Transport, you will be instrumental in coordinating dock operations while covering for the Dock Foreman as needed. This position typically operates Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 11:00 AM until 8:30 PM, including occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support safety and service goals on the dock floor • Cover Dock Foreman duties for illness or vacations • Assist in planning delivery runs in Winnipeg area • Train new hires on dock operations • Lead the loading, unloading, and cross-docking processes

Requirements: • Knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas • Proven leadership capabilities • Willingness to learn PM dock operations • Forklift certification required • Ability to comfortably train current team members
