Key Responsibilities:
Guide youth in achieving personal goals
Supervise and support youth in community settings

Requirements:
Degree in social sciences or related discipline
Experience working with high-risk youth
Knowledge of youth behavior management
Valid BC Driver's License mandatory
First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
