Established in 1908, it is one of Ontario’s oldest and most renowned golf and curling facilities, known for its rich tradition and community atmosphere.The OHGC currently has an opening for an Accounting Assistant.Main ResponsibilitiesAccounts receivableOverdue account follow-upCash receiptsAssists with A/P and Journal EntriesWork Environment· Standard computerized office environment· May be fast-paced and demanding environment during month end deadlines, special events and high demand/peak periods· Required to sit for extended periods of time· Required to lift, pull and push. Required to lift up to 30 lbs.Education/Certifications/Skills· Completion of high school diploma· Post-secondary education in Business Administration or relevant (accounting/finance) education considered an asset· Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel)· Must possess knowledge of standard office equipment· Preference will be given to those with experience private club industry and working knowledge of Club software, i.E.
