Fullscript is seeking a Benefits Program Senior Lead to enhance employee experience through innovative strategies. Oversee operations and design impactful benefits programs in Canada and the U.S.
In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our global benefits philosophy. You'll ensure our programs meet employee needs and remain competitive while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your strategic vision will foster an optimized benefits environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement a global benefits strategy
• Manage vendor relationships and program governance
• Design employee communication and education initiatives
• Conduct market assessments and benefits gap analysis
• Facilitate compliance with all applicable regulations
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in advantages leadership
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compliance
• Proven ability in managing complex leave cases
• Excellent negotiation skills with vendors
• Leadership experience in a growing organization
