The Knowledge Institute is seeking a skilled Engagement Consultant to lead youth and family engagement initiatives in Ontario’s mental health sector. This role emphasizes developing evidence-based practices and training programs. As an Engagement Consultant, you will utilize your Master’s degree and substantial experience in applying engagement strategies at organizational and system levels. Your focus will be on consulting with CYMHA agencies, creating engaging training materials, and mobilizing knowledge products tailored to enhance service delivery and partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultation on youth engagement practices
Plan and deliver engaging training for service leaders
Develop evidence-based tools and resources for partners
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
Initiate and lead collaboration efforts for better engagement Requirements:
Master’s degree in relevant discipline
At least 5 years of experience in engagement practices
Robust project management and communication skills
Experience working with diverse populations preferred
