Position Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with A&W; standards while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service. The successful candidate thrives in a quick-paced environment and works collaboratively with the restaurant team.

Full time and part time positions available.

Duties
Prepare burgers, chicken, fries, breakfast items, and other menu products according to recipes.
Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
Operate grills, fryers, toasters, and other kitchen equipment safely.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
Monitor food inventory and report shortages.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations,



and storage areas.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy.
Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Adaptable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
