Job DescriptionJoin Customerization.Ca as a Zoho Consultant and work directly with clients to implement and optimize Zoho solutions that drive business results. You'll lead discovery sessions, configure applications, lead Zoho developers, deliver client training, and ensure customer success throughhands-on support and expert guidance.
Depending on the candidate location, the work may be on‑site, hybrid, or remote. EST time zone availability is a must.
RequirementsRequirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Zoho applications (e.G., CRM, Desk, Books, Flow, Inventory, etc.)
Experience working on the consulting or agency side
Solid communication and client‑facing skills
Proficiency in English communication
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers is a plus
Desire to work in a agile, multi‑cultural workplace
