Here's what you can expect:Responsibilities:Lead land and site development design and analysis to meet client requirements, including sewer design, water distribution system design, grading analysis, and stormwater management design.Write technical reports to support consulting work.Manage Civil Engineering staff day to day.Provide technical assistance and ensure the delivery of consistent, quality products to clients.Offer design and constructability feedback and guidance.Mentor and support team members.Requirements:Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including Project and Team ManagementComprehensive understanding of regulations, standards, and legislation related to Land Development projectsExcellent attention to detail and independent judgmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam player approach to management, design, and problem-solvingStrong time management and organizational skillsJoin our client's team and shape the future of land and site development projects.
