Core Responsibilities

- Present financing, lease, and aftermarket insurance options (not limited to GAP, extended warranties & protection packages).
- Structure and submit finance applications to prime and subprime lenders to secure competitive approvals.
- Maintain strict compliance with OMVIC regulations, privacy laws, and lender guidelines across all financial documentation.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth deal flow, timely delivery preparations, and high customer satisfaction scores (CSI).
- Manage the deal funding process from initial contract to final funding, ensuring clean paperwork and prompt CIT (Contracts in Transit) clearing.

What We Are Looking For

- Active OMVIC license in good standing (Required).
- Minimum 3+ years of proven success as an Automotive F&I; / Business Manager.
- Robust familiarity with dealership management systems.
- Strong established relationships and familiarity with major automotive lenders and subprime financiers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly PVR (Per Vehicle Revenue) and penetration targets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work standard dealership hours, including weekday evenings and Saturdays.
