Develop leadership experiences and participant training tools

Perform assessments and formulate actionable recommendations
Contribute to consulting engagements with design and diagnostics
Advance cutting-edge learning methodologies across the organization

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master's preferred
8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Robust insight translation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate in English and French
Asset: background in change management and coaching
