In this role, you will utilize your experience in talent management, ideally with a focus on the manufacturing sector. You’ll collaborate with department heads to attract top talent, streamline onboarding processes, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles
Develop and implement recent hire training plans




Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities
Maintain health and safety documentation and training
Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in HR or related discipline
CHRP required; CHRL is an advantage
At least 3 years in talent acquisition and training
Familiarity with ESA and OHSA regulations
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office
