• Develop and implement wellness and recreational programs • Organize monthly life enrichment activities for residents • Foster socialization and engagement through events • Ensure compliance with corporate and legislative standards • Evaluate and adjust programs to meet tenant needs

Requirements: • Certificate or Diploma from a recognized Recreation program • Class 4 driver’s license and clean abstract required • Current First Aid and WHMIS certificates • Experience working with seniors in a community setting • Solid organizational and communication skills
