Reporting to the Business Development leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in Specsavers Canada’s growth. The Director will create and implement recruitment strategies focusing on Joint Venture Partners while also enhancing talent engagement.

Collaboration with Retail and Clinical teams will be crucial for meeting recruitment goals.
