Key Responsibilities:



• Direct monthly financial forecasting aligned with business strategies • Create and improve financial models for thorough analysis • Generate comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis • Track and analyze key financial performance metrics (KPIs) • Work with accounting and business units during month-end closing

Requirements: • 5-7 years in a financial leadership role, especially in tech or healthcare • Bachelor's in finance, business; CPA or MBA optional • Proficient in IFRS/GAAP regulations • Skilled in financial modeling and M&A; integration • Strong communication and people management skills
