This role helps clients maintain a safe and comfortable home workplace while supporting their ability to live as independently as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide light housekeeping, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, and cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and bedroomsAssist with light meal preparation, particularly for Elders when requiredComplete seasonal and other household cleaning as assignedMonitor and report concerns within the home, including food spoilage or situations requiring additional supportProvide respectful social interaction and companionship to clientsFollow confidentiality,



safety and client-home protocolsReport concerns or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisorParticipate in required training and perform other related duties as assignedQualificationsDependable, respectful and comfortable working independently in clients' homesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsValid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportationClear criminal record check requiredStandard First Aid/CPR and WHMISHealth Care Aide Certificate is an asset but not required; training may be provided to the right candidateAbility to speak Dene or Cree is considered an assetHoursMonday–Thursday: 8:30 a.M.–4:30 p.M.Friday: 8:30 a.M.–2:00 p.M.We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, treat clients and their homes with respect, and genuinely care about supporting members of our community.This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. #J-18808-Ljbffr
