As the Global Head of Total Rewards, you'll lead the end-to-end function focused on compensation, benefits, mobility, and equity at IREN. This senior leadership role requires innovative approaches to reward programs, driving engagement and retention amidst rapid scaling in the AI space. You will also guide a team that implements best practices in global compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead IREN's global total rewards strategy
• Advise on executive compensation and governance practices
• Design compensation frameworks, salary structures, and incentive plans




• Evolve diverse perks and wellness initiatives company-wide
• Oversee mobility and immigration frameworks for talent management

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in total rewards
• Demonstrated people-leadership skills in dynamic environments
• Expertise in compensation dynamics across diverse jurisdictions
• Advanced skills in compensation cost modeling
• Bachelor's degree; advanced qualifications preferred
