As a key member of the Development Team, you will report to the VP of Partnership and Development in Winnipeg. Your role will encompass researching grant opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines. A passion for nonprofit work will drive you to identify innovative funding sources that align with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a strategic grant plan
• Identify potential grants using database software
• Write and complete grant applications collaboratively




• Prepare proposals for government and corporate funders
• Manage grant calendars and application deadlines
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field
• 3 years experience in grant writing or nonprofit development
• Robust writing and research skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and donor software
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality and skilled ethics
