In this role, you'll monitor care plans, assist in documentation, and attend essential training sessions. You will also help onboard new staff under supervision, ensuring adherence to Infection Prevention and Control policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care according to established plans
• Document care-related information as directed
• Attend staff meetings and in-service education




• Assist in onboarding recent team members
• Follow all IPAC policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Program
• Knowledge of caregiving and sanitation techniques
• Understand geriatric resident needs
• Meet vocational standards from Canada’s governing bodies
