We are a warm and welcoming family based in Markham, Ontario (near Hwy 7 and Ninth Line), seeking a dedicated and caring live-out nanny to join our household.We have a 5-year-old son on the autism spectrum (ASD) who is affectionate, playful, and thrives in a calm, structured setting.Role OverviewWe are looking for someone who can provide a nurturing, stable, and attentive environment for our son.Responsibilities include:Engaging him in play and developmental activities (reading, interactive play, etc.)Assisting with daily routines, including diaper changes (not yet potty trained)Supporting emotional regulation during moments of dysregulationEnsuring a safe and supervised environment at all timesIdeal Candidate:Patient, calm, and positive personality (he responds well to warm and engaging caregivers)Experience with autism or special needs is strongly preferredStrong communication skills (he is minimally verbal,
