Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in social services or 3 years relevant work experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Training in behavioral and trauma-informed strategies preferred
