This position, reporting to the Community Fundraising Manager, is essential in managing various fundraising programs. Key responsibilities include ensuring successful events, monitoring donor relationships, and recognizing contributions that drive our mission. Solid analytical and communication skills are critical for making impactful recommendations and enhancing donor experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee community initiatives and the Birthday Club program
• Engage with donors to build lasting relationships
• Assess third-party fundraising for improvements




• Draft thank you letters and stewardship reports
• Assist with data management in donor database
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Marketing or Business
• 3 years relevant experience in fundraising or community outreach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Public speaking experience to engage stakeholders
• Valid BC Driver’s License for community events
