As a key member of our team, you will utilize your dispatch experience, ideally with 1-3 years in downhole operations, to schedule and monitor workover activities. The role demands continuous communication with field crews, effective utilization of IronSight software, and a commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prioritize operations work requests
• Schedule and assign equipment and personnel
• Monitor job progress using IronSight
• Communicate with drivers and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of downhole oilfield experience
• Experience with workovers preferred
• Proficiency in IronSight or ability to learn quickly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to complete required safety training
