The team's work is fast-paced and primarily evaluative: quick-turn usability and concept testing that informs decisions on a short cycle.The research scope centers on the company's website and software license purchasing pathways - how people explore the site, engage with marketing, and move through to purchase. The role pairs qualitative testing with behavioral analytics data, and uses AI workflows to keep pace with the volume of work.ResponsibilitiesPlan and run quick-turn usability studies and concept tests on website, marketing, and purchasing experiencesTurn findings into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver them on a rapid cycleUse behavioral analytics data to inform what gets tested and to give qualitative findings quantitative contextBuild and apply AI workflows to accelerate research planning, synthesis,
