As an Employment Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized return-to-work strategies. Your responsibilities include job search coaching, resume development, and facilitating employer connections to ensure clients secure suitable employment. Collaboration with WorkSafeBC and other stakeholders is key to achieving lasting employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and develop individual job search strategies
• Provide employment coaching and job placement services




• Build relationships with local employers for job opportunities
• Monitor client progress and offer ongoing support
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in employment services
• Robust knowledge of disabilities and labor trends
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Flexibility in adapting to client needs
