As a Registered Nurse with Fraser Health, you will work collaboratively on an interprofessional care team to provide assessment and treatment services for clients experiencing mental health challenges. With a focus on Geriatric Mental Health or Youth Developmental Disabilities, you'll ensure person-centered care while educating caregivers and professionals on relevant issues. This position also involves developing care plans and follow-up for complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services on a case management basis




• Administer psychotropic medications and monitor compliance
• Educate clients and caregivers on mental health issues
• Collaborate with the care team for treatment planning
• Document patient assessments and interventions
Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Two years recent related experience
• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's License
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology
• Ability to teach clients and healthcare professionals
