As a Fleet Reliability Engineer, your hands-on experience with embedded Linux and IoT systems will be critical. You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain operational excellence across our global fleet. With a focus on diagnosing problems, automating processes, and driving reliability improvements, you will make a significant impact on customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose Linux-based edge device issues on-site • Develop and maintain fleet management and monitoring systems • Manage OTA updates and rollout processes for devices • Automate diagnostics and maintenance through scripting • Collaborate with Customer Success on complex issues

Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in Linux production environments • Solid command line and debugging capabilities • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting • Familiarity with networking fundamentals • Experience with edge device management and OTA systems
