We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer or novice to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and wiring.
- Work with power tools to secure panels to roofs or other structures.
- Assist in trenching and digging for underground wiring.
- Support in the operation of bucket trucks and backhoes for installation purposes.
- Assist with electrical work as needed during installations.
- Utilize hand tools for various installation tasks.

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge for assembly and installation tasks.
- Proficiency with power tools for securing panels and components.
- Understanding of low voltage systems for secure installation practices.
- Experience with bucket truck operation for elevated installations.
- Basic electrical knowledge to assist in wiring tasks.
- Proficient in using hand tools for various installation activities.
- Welding skills to support panel and component fabrication.
