As Manager of Demand Forecasting & Inventory, you will forecast demand for the Canadian and US markets, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on consensus efforts. Focus on establishing inventory targets and improving forecasting processes to ensure efficient working capital management. Leadership is key as you develop your team to pursue operational excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the demand forecasting for retail, wholesale, and DTC
• Partner with teams to inform promotional and inventory strategies
• Manage the S&OP; process for optimal alignment across departments




• Monitor inventory health and financial metrics
• Foster a cooperative team culture focused on performance

Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning
• Familiar with planning in multiple sales channels
• Strong experience with financial metrics and budgets
• Knowledge of demand planning tools for eCommerce
