Lead BioScript’s transformative leadership initiatives as the Leadership Development Manager. This role emphasizes hands-on program execution alongside strategic development in a rewarding work environment.

As a permanent, full-time skilled based in Oakville, your focus will be on creating and managing a robust leadership development program. You'll design high-potential talent pathways that align with the organization’s goals, evaluate program effectiveness through analytics, and partner with HR to integrate these initiatives into broader performance management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee enterprise-wide leadership programs
• Create structured development plans for leaders at all levels




• Partner with external coaches and facilitators as necessary
• Implement tools for measuring program effectiveness
• Facilitate leadership-focused workshops and training sessions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–8+ years in leadership or organizational development
• Experience in designing transformational programs
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Change Management certification is preferable
