Serve the Moose Cree First Nations community as a Circle Facilitator focused on child and family services in Moose Factory, ON. This role is essential in promoting cultural mediation and supporting families.

Under the guidance of the Director of Child and Family Well-Being, the Circle Facilitator's responsibilities include preparing and facilitating circles. You will work alongside the Cultural Services Supervisor to interpret policies and ensure compliance with the Child and Family Services Act. Your role involves engaging respectfully with the community to uphold the mission and maintain legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct circles for effective conflict resolution
• Interpret and enforce family service policies




• Refer clients to alternative dispute resolution processes
• Collaborate with community stakeholders and knowledge keepers
• Promote Indigenous culture and values in all processes

Requirements:
• BSW or Social Services diploma required
• Solid knowledge of mediation and Circle Facilitation
• Familiarity with child welfare case management
• Understanding of Indigenous community challenges
• Valid Ontario Class G1 license and criminal record check
