How you create impact
The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for providing customer service excellence through the execution of distribution center processes that support efficient, safe, and high-quality operations.
Lead and participate in customer negotiations and relationship management.
Participate in new business implementations, bids, tenders, and RFPs.
Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.
Review forecasts and drive operational improvements.
Lead and develop direct reports and support succession planning.
Collaborate with senior management to optimize logistics operations.
Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
Plan labor requirements and space utilization.
Drive QSHE implementation and ensure Health Canada and client compliance requirements are met.
