The team at North York Smile Centre located in North York, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a part-time basis.
The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
WE HAVE BEEN IN OUR LOCATION FOR 38 YEARS & HAVE BEEN EXPANDING OUR PRACTICE WITH LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIP BASED PATIENTS & EMPLOYEES. WE ARE LOOKING FOR FUN, PROFESSIONAL, TEAM BUILDING PERSON WHO COMMUNICATES WELL WITH OTHERS

SCHEDULE: Thursday 11AM-7PM
Friday 8AM-4PM
Saturday 9AM-2PM
28 hours per week
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is required
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
