In this position, you will employ over 10 years of change management experience to support key enterprise changes and digital initiatives. Your role involves coaching leaders, conducting impact assessments, and implementing user adoption strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective communication throughout the change process, enhancing organizational readiness and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate organizational readiness and stakeholder assessments
• Develop tailored change management strategies and training plans




• Collaborate with project managers and process specialists
• Identify and mitigate stakeholder resistance to changes
• Coach change champions and ensure project alignment

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in change management roles
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
• Certification in Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
• Proven success in stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work onsite full time, five days a week
