In this role, you’ll be responsible for independently managing and litigating insurance defense cases. Your expertise in drafting legal documents, conducting trials, and utilizing AI tools will drive success. Team collaboration with the claims department will enhance the effectiveness of legal presentations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage insurance defense cases from start to finish
• Prepare and conduct motions and trials before various courts
• Create pleadings, affidavits, and mediation briefs as needed




• Present legal education seminars to claims teams
• Maintain explicit communications with claims departments

Requirements:
• JD or LLB degree with active Alberta Law Society membership
• Two years minimum experience in insurance litigation
• Background in MVAs, construction, and liability law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with AI technologies for legal efficiency
