This permanent role is a key part of the People & Culture team, which seeks to transform HR reporting capabilities through Workday. You will work with various leaders to unlock actionable data insights, while being situated in one of the major cities: Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an expert in Workday reporting and discovery boards
• Partner with teams to determine reporting needs and build outputs
• Create and deploy reports for Advantages, Payroll, and Time Tracking
• Identify opportunities for report consolidation and improvement
• Evaluate data security and quality while troubleshooting issues
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics
• Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving
• Bilingualism in French and English is beneficial
