Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate assessments of resident leisure interests
• Collaborate with the Recreation Therapist on care plans




• Develop group and individualized recreation activities
• Ensure safety during transport and program participation
• Maintain accountability for residents' belongings during outings

Requirements:
• Recreation Therapy Aide Certificate is an advantage
• CPR certification is essential
• Preferred experience in health care or recreational settings
• Strong communication skills with residents and families
• Willingness to provide or obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
