We are not just looking for someone to fill a seat — we are looking for the next partner.THE ROLEReview and oversee all staff-prepared client files with written coaching feedbackApply tax planning across personal, corporate, trust, and self-employed filesManage file assignments, workflow, and deadlines for accounting staffConduct year-end and tax planning meetings with clientsCoach and develop staff accountants and accounting techniciansParticipate in weekly management meetings with partnersComplete monthly leadership development coaching with our firm business coachWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORCPA designation — active and in good standingMinimum one-year Post-Designation experienceMinimum 3-5 years public practice experienceStrong Canadian personal and corporate tax knowledgeCICA In-Depth Tax Course or equivalent — a significant assetPrior leadership or mentoring experience in a public accounting firmWorking knowledge of ASPE review engagement standards (preferred)Note: We are a tax-focused firm.
