Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly customer service and product education
• Support team tasks and development during operations
• Serve as contact point in the absence of management
• Engage in product launches, promotions, and merchandising

Requirements:
• 2+ years in retail or customer service settings
• Leadership experience is advantageous
• Must possess cannabis sales certification
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
