Davies is seeking a skilled Research Librarian to join its Library Services team, reporting to the Partner, Knowledge and Pricing. This role requires a Master’s degree in Library Science and at least two years of law library experience. You will create training resources, promote current legal awareness, and assess recent research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth legal and business research for lawyers
• Create training materials and conduct orientation sessions
• Manage updates on case law and legislation




• Evaluate new research tools and suggest acquisitions
• Develop resources for the firm’s intranet

Requirements:
• MLIS or equivalent degree required
• At least two years' experience in law libraries
• Familiarity with legal systems in Canada and the U.S.
• Proficiency in tools like Bloomberg Law and Capital IQ
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
