As a key member of the Boarding and Student Life Team, you will supervise and support students daily while enhancing their residential experience. This role involves mentorship, planning engaging activities, and building solid relationships with students and families. Your energetic, student-centered approach will create a positive culture that encourages academic, social, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of boarding students
• Serve as Pod Leader for 8–12 students
• Act as primary contact for students and families




• Plan and supervise activities and excursions
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation

Requirements:
• Experience in residential programs or education
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Valid BC Class 4 Driver's License required
