Maple Reinders is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Civil division, based in Calgary or Edmonton. Engage in crucial civil projects focusing on water and wastewater management.

This role involves assisting Project Managers in delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects. You will handle key responsibilities such as preparing budgets, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders, promoting a secure and productive work environment. Through collaboration and effective communication, you will significantly contribute to project success in the civil construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate heavy industrial and civil construction projects
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Cultivate relationships with clients, contractors,



and suppliers
• Communicate with team members for clear project objectives
• Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator role
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with water/wastewater projects preferred
• Solid knowledge of construction workflows
