Westridge Construction is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to enhance our Regina team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality commercial and civil construction projects from start to finish.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with budgetary and timeline constraints. Your leadership will guide project coordinators and teams, while your proactive approach to risk management will ensure effective challenge resolution. Collaboration with clients to define project requirements will be a significant part of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage multiple construction project executions
• Conduct site visits to ensure timely progress
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and budgets




• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Lead project teams, including superintendents and coordinators

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in project management
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction
• Availability to travel to project sites
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and project management applications
