As a Health Care Aide at The Brenda Strafford Foundation, you will play a crucial part in a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and support for daily living activities
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Participate in developing personalized care plans




• Document care and behaviors accurately in the POC system
• Promote a safe and healthy environment for residents

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Health Care Aide program
• Registered with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
