Reporting to the Housing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive environment for residents at Cedar Point Supportive Housing. Your responsibilities will include program administration and facilitating various activities while ensuring effective communication with volunteers and external agencies, contributing to residents' emotional and social wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage community-focused programs and events
• Collaborate with volunteers to enrich program offerings
• Ensure program resources are well-maintained




• Conduct evaluations to assess program success
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all program areas

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Services
• Experience working closely with marginalized populations
• Excellent organization and crisis response abilities
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and accessible vehicle required
