We seek a dedicated individual for this full time role who can effectively manage customer interactions from initial intake through service completion. You'll work closely with our Technicians to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. While automotive experience is an asset, it is not a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and oversee the service appointment process
• Document service needs and customer feedback thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with Technicians regarding service progress
• Review and clarify completed work with customers
• Keep the service lane clean and well-organized

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience necessary
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented and skilled in time management
• Ability to excel in a high-traffic environment
• Familiarity with PBS considered an asset
