Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for operational issues during events
• Conduct pre-event briefings to prepare staff




• Monitor staff adherence to policies and performance standards
• Handle incident management and reporting
• Lead post-event debriefs for operational improvements

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in the events industry
• Must possess an Advanced Security Training (AST) License
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including holidays
