Take on the Outreach Worker position at Lookout Housing and Health Society in Current Westminster, BC, where you help adults overcome housing and support challenges. This full-time role is designed for those passionate about advocacy and care.

Your primary focus as an Outreach Worker will be to provide comprehensive support and assistance to clients in need. Reporting to the Designated Manager, you will assess individual circumstances, create action plans, and secure necessary services. This position is integral to fostering independence under ethical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skills training to support stable living
• Assess client needs and create action plans
• Facilitate connections with community resources




• Maintain comprehensive records and statistics
• Drive the company vehicle as necessary

Requirements:
• Diploma or Grade 12 plus 2 years related experience
• Familiarity with addiction, mental health, and welfare resources
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 and Class 5 license
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sectors
