You will report to the Director of Maintenance and will be responsible for scheduling and tracking various maintenance activities in accordance with Transport Canada guidelines. A successful candidate will possess leadership qualities and hands-on management experience to supervise planning and technical record teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently
• Prepare and oversee aircraft work packages
• Process and track service bulletins and directives
• Manage labor invoicing with precision

Requirements:
• AME License category M1 and M2 required
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of aviation regulations essential
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
