Väderstad is recruiting an Engineer in Training to join their knowledgeable design group. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of design experience and a university degree in Engineering. Proficiency in CAD software, especially Creo, along with excellent analytical skills, is critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain product CAD drawings
• Execute design assessments and improvements
• Document and oversee test reports
• Collaborate with departments and external partners
• Discover opportunities to upgrade quality and cost-efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant engineering position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD systems
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and farming equipment
• Knowledge of safety standards and LEAN practices advantageous
